Love the classes they offer. Body Pump, Dance 2BFit, Spin class, and a stretching class. They offer a Zumba class as well. Body pump is offered many days at many different times and the teachers are wonderful. Dance 2BFit is such a fun class and Angela is an amazing teacher. Lori and Kathy at Body Pump are terrific teachers as well. The Body pump, Dance 2BFit, and Stretching classes I have been to have the nicest and friendliest group of women who welcome you, make you feel welcomed a part of the group immediately, no judgement, and uplifting each other. I really cant say enough about these classes. Come join us.

Very clean facility! Super fun racquet ball courts, they have so much to offer! The membership cost is 100% worth it! Friendly faces greeted me and I felt very safe.

I've been coming here for Zumba. Everyone is so sweet. My first class, everyone came to me and introduced themselves. They also have a huge gymnasium with basketball hoops, a track and a gym. I'm not sure what the other things cost, but the Zumba is very affordable.

GABC Family Life Center is such a great place to go for various reasons. I go to a Dance 2BeFit class and love it. You don't have to be a member of the church or the FLC. It's open to the public. There is a fee to take the class. People are so friendly and caring. Thank you GABC Family!!
